CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Cancellation Policy (Head Spa & Spray Tan Services) Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both our time and other clients, the following policy is in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 30% service charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Deposits & Booking A deposit or card on file is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a cancellation fee. If we can still accommodate you, your service time may be shortened, but full price will still apply. Spray Tan-Specific Policy Due to prep time and product use, same-day cancellations for spray tans are non-refundable. Please follow all prep instructions to ensure best results (no refunds for improper prep). Head Spa-Specific Policy Head spa services are longer, luxury appointments—late cancellations impact multiple bookings. Repeat late cancellations/no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. Emergencies I understand that emergencies happen. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
